The hard wearing and especially high maintenance application of ballast brushing, is given a lift by the unique and proven Derby Rubber design of bristle.

These injection moulded, semi-solid bristles are made from a superior compound that truly is unique and lasts 3 times longer than standard hollow bristles and twice as long as cheaper imitations that have a glued-in plug that falls out after a few hours of work.

Plasser Deutsche have standardised on these and a host of UK customers are coming across to do the same.

Paying a little more but getting a lot more life from Ballasticks® just makes sense (60kms from hollows compared to 160kms from Ballasticks®). Normally only a 11-12% price differential.
